NZCG Funding 2 directed to fully redeem five classes of secured notes

Minneapolis, Jan. 2– NZCG Funding 2 Ltd. said a majority of its preferred security holders and the collateral manager directed it to redeem all classes of secured notes, according to a notice.

The class A-1, A-2, B, C and D notes will be redeemed on Jan. 29 using refinancing and/or sale proceeds.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
