Shackleton 2015-VII CLO to redeem class A, B, C notes by refinancing

Tacoma, Wash., Dec. 9 – Shackleton 2015-VII CLO, Ltd. and Shackleton 2015-VII CLO, LLC will redeem their class A notes, class B notes and class C notes through a partial redemption by refinancing, according to a notice from trustee U.S. Bank NA.

The holders of a majority of the subordinated notes directed the issuers to make the redemption.

The completion of the redemption is subject to conditions that include, among others, obtaining consents from some noteholders.

The redemption date will be no later than Dec. 23.

The redemption price will be 100% of the outstanding principal amount plus accrued interest. If the redemption occurs prior to the redemption make-whole end date, holders of the class A notes and class B notes will also receive a redemption premium.

The class D notes, class E notes and subordinated notes will not be redeemed.
