New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $500,000 contingent income autocallable securities on five stocks

Buffalo, N.Y., June 25 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $500,000 of contingent income autocallable securities due Feb. 15, 2022 linked to the shares of Amazon.com, Inc., Apple Inc., Alphabet Inc., Microsoft Corp. and Qorvo, Inc., according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The notes will pay a contingent monthly coupon at an annual rate of 21% if each underlying stock closes at or above its 90% coupon barrier on the corresponding observation date, including previously unpaid coupons.

The notes will be called at par plus coupon if each stock closes at or above its initial level on any monthly review date.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon, including any previously unpaid coupons, if all stocks finish at or above the coupon barrier.

If each stock finishes at or above its 70% downside threshold, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the worst performing stock from initial level.
