Fortress Credit Opportunities VI CLO to redeem secured notes July 16

Olympia, Wash., July 2 – Fortress Credit Opportunities VI CLO Ltd./Fortress Credit Opportunities VI CLO LLC plans to redeem eight classes of secured notes on July 16, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed for the following redemption prices:

• $48,562.50 for the class A-1R notes;

• $59,242,472.87 for the class A-1T notes;

• $50,170,625 for the class A-1F notes;

• $44,918,470.69 for the class B notes;

• $26,352,250.78 for the class C notes;

• $21,048,883.21 for the class D notes;

• $5,439,779.93 for the class E notes; and

• $14,930,609.82 for the class F notes.

The subordinated notes will not be redeemed on the redemption date.
