Sound Point CLO VIII intends to redeem five classes of secured notes

Minneapolis, Oct. 2 – Sound Point CLO VIII, Ltd./Sound Point CLO VIII, Inc. plans to redeem five classes of secured notes, according to a notice from trustee U.S. Bank NA.

The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Oct. 16:

• $340 million of class A notes;

• $50 million of class A loans;

• $69 million of class B notes;

• $33 million of class C notes; and

• $33 million of class D notes.
