New Issue: Philips prices €2 billion of notes due 2027, 2029, 2033

Chicago, April 28 – Royal Philips priced three notes on Thursday, according to multiple press release.

The company priced €750 million of 1.875% notes due 2027 at 99.458, €650 million of 2.125% green innovation notes due 2029 at 99.165 and €600 million of 2.625% sustainability innovation notes due 2033 at 99.473, all under its European medium-term note program.

Respectively, the yields are 1.99%, 2.248% and 2.681%.

ING Groep is the stabilization manager for the sale.

The 2027 bonds are not green and will be used for general corporate purposes, including the liability management transactions announced earlier in the day. The proceeds from the other two series will be used in accordance with the company’s green and sustainability innovation bond framework.

The notes will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
