Knoxville, Tenn., March 5 – Futura Pictures, Inc. completed an $823,100 private placement of stock on Feb. 27, according to an 8-K filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 29,115,670 common shares at $0.02827 per share, a 97.31% discount to the closing share price, $1.05, on Feb. 26.
The Seoul, Korea, company makes and distributes self-improvement and educational DVDs and workforce training programs.
