Fitch rates Rexford notes BBB+

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a BBB+ rating to Rexford Industrial Realty LP's exchangeable unsecured notes.

The rating is the same as those on Rexford’s outstanding senior unsecured notes.

Rexford intends to use the proceeds primarily for an acquisition pipeline with anything left for redevelopment and repositioning spending.

The outlook is stable.
