Fitch gives Rexford notes BBB+

Fitch Ratings said it gave a BBB+ rating to Rexford Industrial Realty LP's senior unsecured notes.

The agency reviewed Rexford’s BBB+ ratings on March 22 and did not take any action.

Rexford intends to use the proceeds for acquisition, redevelopment and repositioning funding.

The outlook is stable.
