Denali Capital CLO XI extends subordinated notes to October 2028

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 5 – Denali Capital CLO XI, Ltd./Denali Capital CLO XI, LLC said it extended the maturity date of its $37.1 million of subordinated notes to Oct. 20, 2028 from April 20, 2027, according to a notice.

The notes were extended as part of the issuer’s refinancing of its secured notes.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
