Tallahassee, Fla., preps $102.28 million health facilities bond deal

New York, April 21 – The City of Tallahassee is set to price $102.28 million of series 2015A health facilities revenue refunding bonds for Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare Inc., said a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (Ba1) will be sold on a negotiated basis with BofA Merrill Lynch as the underwriter.

The maturities have not been set.

Proceeds will be used to refund the health care system’s series 1992B and 2000 health care facilities revenue bonds.
