Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, Fla., contemplates refunding bonds

By Sheri Kasprzak

New York, Feb. 24 – The Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare Inc. of Florida is considering a refunding bond sale, according to a notice from the company released Tuesday.

The bonds will be used to refund the corporation’s series 1992B health facilities revenue refunding bonds and series 2000 health facilities revenue bonds issued through the City of Tallahassee.

In connection with this proposed refunding, the corporation sold $21 million of series 2015 notes, which are due Sept. 18, 2015 and bear interest at Libor plus 75 bps.

Pricing of the refunding is contingent upon market conditions and other factors.
