Oak Creek-Franklin Joint School District of Wisconsin to price $74.1 million of G.O. bonds

Tupelo, Miss., Feb. 19 – Oak Creek-Franklin Joint School District in Milwaukee County, Wis., is in the pipeline with a $74,125,000 two-part offering of general obligation bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.

The deal includes $59,095,000 of series 2015A general obligation school building bonds and $15.03 million of series 2015B general obligation refunding bonds.

The series 2015A bonds have serial maturities from 2016 through 2035 and are callable on April 1, 2025.

The series 2015B bonds are due 2017 through 2027 and are callable on April 1, 2023.

The bonds will price via a competitive sale on Feb. 23.

Robert W. Baird & Co. is the financial advisor.

Proceeds will be used to construct, equip and furnish a new elementary school and a secondary school and to advance refund certain outstanding district obligations.
