ViewRay’s official committee of unsecured creditors appointed

Olympia, Wash., July 28 – ViewRay, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed, according to a notice filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The members are Peko Precision Products, Inc., based in Rochester, N.Y., Tesla Engineering Ltd., based in Storrington, West Sussex, U.K., Granite Microsystems, Inc., doing business as GMI Solutions and based in Mequon, Wis., PDC Facilities, Inc., based in Hartland, Wis., Valley Services Electronics, based in San Jose, Calif., Katie Couric Media LLC, based in New York, and Marx Digital Manufacturing Inc., based in Santa Clara.

Denver-based ViewRay designs, manufactures and markets MRIdian, a magnetic resonance image-guided radiation therapy system to simultaneously image and treat cancer patients. The company filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on July 16 under case number 23-10935.
