Atlantia gets votes needed to amend six series of notes at meeting

Chicago, Dec. 15 – Atlantia SpA said holders approved amendments under several series of notes at meetings held Wednesday in Italy.

Holders voted unanimously to back the proposals for the six series of notes guaranteed by Autostrade per l'Italia SpA, with the block voting instructions as follows:

• €125 million of 3.24% senior notes due June 10, 2034 with 100% of the block voting instructions received from noteholders;

• €135 million of zero-coupon senior guaranteed notes due April 2, 2032 with 100% of the block voting instructions received from holders;

• €35 million of 4.8% senior notes due June 9, 2032 with 90.86% of the block voting instructions received from holders;

• €75 million of 3.625% senior notes due June 9, 2038 with 100% of the block voting instructions received from holders;

• €75 million of 3.75% senior notes due June 9, 2033 with 66.67% of the block voting instructions received from holders; and

• ₯20 billion 2.73% senior notes due Dec. 10, 2038 with 100% of the block voting instructions received from holders.

Rome-based Atlantia constructs and operates motorways, airports and transport infrastructure, parking areas and intermodal systems.
