Chicago, May 25 – UBS Group AG sold $750 million of perpetual non-call five-year notes with a 3.875% coupon, according to a market source.
Initial price talk was in the 4.25% area.
The notes will be callable beginning June 2, 2026.
UBS is the bookrunner.
The investment bank and financial services company is based in Zurich and Basel, Switzerland.
