Midocean Credit CLO IV directed to redeem secured notes

Columbus, Ohio, March 15 – Midocean Credit CLO IV/ Midocean Credit CLO IV LLC said holders of a majority of its income notes have directed that steps be taken to redeem all classes of secured notes from proceeds of replacement notes on or after April 16, according to a notice.

The secured notes include the class A, B, C, D, E and F notes.
