UPCB Finance II to redeem €560 million of 6 3/8% notes due 2020

Norfolk, Va., Feb. 4 – UPCB Finance II Ltd. plans to redeem all €560 million of its 6 3/8% senior secured notes due 2020, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus the applicable premium plus accrued interest on March 6. The record date will be March 5.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee and paying agent.

UPC is a special purpose finance vehicle that operates as a subsidiary of Schiphol-Rijk, the Netherlands-based UPC Holding BV, a provider of video, broadband internet and fixed-line telephone services in Europe and Chile.
