New Issue: Russia’s Severstal prices $500 million notes due 2022 at 3.85% yield

Atlanta, Feb. 17 – Russia’s OAO Severstal priced $500 million of notes due in 2022 at a yield of 3.85%, a market source said.
Citigroup, ING, JPMorgan and Societe Generale CIB were the bookrunners for the deal.
Other details were not immediately available on Friday.
Severstal is a Cherepovets, Russia-based steel company.
