New York, Jan. 12 – Oesterreichische Kontrollbank AG priced $1 billion of 1.875% five-year global notes (Aaa/AA+) on Tuesday at mid-swaps plus 43 basis points, according to a market source and an FWP filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Pricing was at 99.696, or Treasuries plus 35.5 bps.
The notes sold in line with guidance.
Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs and HSBC managed the sale.
The export and financial services company for Austrian businesses is based in Vienna.
