OeKB offers $1 billion notes due 2028; price talk SOFR mid-swaps plus 39 bps area

Los Angeles, Feb. 22 – Oesterreichische Kontrollbank AG (OeKB) is planning a $1 billion offering of global notes due March 1, 2028, according to a market source.

The size of the offering will not grow.

Price talk is in the SOFR mid-swaps plus 39 basis points area.

BofA, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan and RBC are the bookrunners.

Vienna-based OeKB provides financial and information services to Austria’s export industry and the capital markets.
