OeKB offering $1 billion five-year global notes; price talk SOFR mid-swaps plus 45 bps area

Chicago, Sept. 1 – Oesterreichische Kontrollbank AG has a $1 billion offering of global notes with a five-year tenor marked as Thursday business, according to information provided by a market source.

The Securities and Exchange Commission-registered notes are being talked at a spread in the 45 basis points area over SOFR mid-swaps.

The maturity date is Sept. 9, 2027.

Bookrunners on the notes are Barclays, Citigroup, HSBC and JPMorgan.

Vienna, Austria-based OeKB provides financial and information services to Austria’s export industry and the capital market.
