Los Angeles, May 17 – Oesterreichische Kontrollbank AG (OeKB) priced $1 billion of 2.875% three-year global notes (Aa1/AA+) guaranteed by the Republic of Austria on Tuesday, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes priced at 99.815 to yield 2.816%, or a spread of 12.4 basis points over Treasuries.
Price talk was in the SOFR mid-swaps plus 27 bps area, according to a market source.
BofA Securities Europe SA, Deutsche Bank AG, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE and RBC Capital Markets, LLC are the underwriters.
OeKB is a financial services company based in Vienna.
