New Issue: OeKB prices $1.75 billion of 0.5% global notes due 2024 at 99.884

Concord, N.H., Sept. 8 – Oesterreichische Kontrollbank AG (OeKB) (Aa1/AA+) priced $1.75 billion of 0.5% three-year global notes at 99.884 with a spread of 9.8 basis points over U.S. Treasuries, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by the Republic of Austria.

Barclays Bank Ireland plc, HSBC Bank plc, J.P. Morgan AG and RBC Capital Markets LLC were underwriters of the offering.

Vienna-based OeKB provides financial and information services to Austria’s export industry and the capital markets.
