OeKB Group launches three-year notes at SOFR plus 16 bps

Chicago, Sept. 8 – Oesterreichische Kontrollbank AG (OeKB) is in the market on Wednesday with an offering of three-year notes, according to a market source.

The notes were launched at SOFR plus 16 basis points.

Launch talk is in line with guidance of SOFR plus 17 bps, plus or minus 1 bp. Pricing has tightened slightly since initial talk, which had the notes in the SOFR plus 17 bps area.

Barclays, HSBC Securities, JPMorgan and RBC are conducting the sale.

Vienna-based OeKB provides financial and information services to Austria’s export industry and the capital markets.
