New York, Jan. 26 – Oesterreichische Kontrollbank AG (OeKB) (Aa1/AA+) priced $1.5 billion of 0.5% five-year global notes at 99.69 and a spread of Treasuries plus 15.375 basis points, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
BofA Securities Europe SA, Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG, Deutsche Bank AG and Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE were the underwriters.
The notes are guaranteed by the Republic of Austria.
The notes had initial price talk in the mid-swaps plus 8 bps area, according to a market source.
Vienna-based OeKB provides financial and information services to Austria’s export industry and the capital market.
