New Issue: OeKB sells $1.5 billion of 0.375% five-year notes at 13 bps over mid-swaps

Tupelo, Miss., Sept. 10 – Oesterreichische Kontrollbank AG (Aa1/AA+) priced $1.5 billion of 0.375% five-year global notes on Thursday at 99.541 and a spread of mid-swaps plus 13 basis points, or Treasuries plus 18.75 bps, according to a market source and an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes were initially talked to price in the mid-swaps plus 15 bps area.

Barclays, Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., HSBC Bank plc and RBC Capital Markets, LLC were the underwriters.

The notes are guaranteed by the Republic of Austria.

Vienna, Austria-based OeKB provides financial and information services to Austria’s export industry and the capital market.
