Atlanta, Feb. 12 – Indonesia’s PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk. priced a $300 million issue of five-year notes (expected ratings: /BB-/BB-) at 6¼% on Thursday, a syndicate source said.
BNP Paribas, ING, JPMorgan, Standard Chartered Bank and HSBC were the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.
The notes will be non-callable for three years and were issued by subsidiary Pratama Agung Pte.
The proceeds will be used for refinancing existing debt.
Other details were not immediately available on Thursday.
The issuer is a Jakarta-based owner and operator of telecommunications towers for wireless operators.
