By Christine Van Dusen

Atlanta, Feb. 12 – Indonesia’s PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk. launched a $300 million offering of five-year notes (expected ratings: /BB-/BB-) at 6¼%, a market source said.

BNP Paribas, ING, JPMorgan, Standard Chartered Bank and HSBC are the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.

The notes will be non-callable for three years and issued by subsidiary Pratama Agung Pte.

The proceeds will be used for refinancing existing debt.
