S&P stabilizes Noah Holdings view

S&P said it revised Noah Holdings Ltd.’s outlook to stable from negative and affirmed its BBB- issuer rating.

“We revised the outlook on Noah to stable to reflect our view that the company's revenue stream and AUM flow will remain healthy and stable over the next 24 months. At the same time, litigation risks related to alleged fraud at Camsing have stabilized and are significantly lower than two years ago,” S&P said in a press release.
