Forsyth County Water, Ga., organizes $75.02 million revenue bond sale

New York, Jan. 28 – The Forsyth County Water and Sewerage Authority of Georgia is set to price $75,015,000 of series 2015 refunding and improvement revenue bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (Aaa/AAA/) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Citigroup Global Markets Inc. as the underwriter.

The bonds are due 2016 to 2037 with term bonds due in 2039 and 2044.

Proceeds will be used to make improvements, extensions and additions to the county’s water and sewer system, as well as to refund a portion of the authority’s series 2005A and 2007 revenue bonds.
