Mission Health, N.C., considers offering to refund series 2007 bonds

New York, Jan. 26 – Mission Health System Inc. of North Carolina announced plans to price refunding bonds.

The bonds to be refunded were sold in 2007 through the North Carolina Medical Care Commission, and the offering is contingent upon market conditions and other factors. The bonds to be refunded would be redeemed on Oct. 1, 2017, should the offering be conducted.

The full details of the deal were not available Monday.
