Altice calls €250 million 9% senior notes due 2023 at 103

Los Angeles, Jan. 13 – Altice Finco SA issued a notice of redemption for its €250 million 9% senior notes due 2023 (ISIN: XS0946159927).

The notes will be redeemed in full on Jan. 13 at 103 plus accrued interest to but excluding the redemption date.

The total redemption price, including €11,125,000 of accrued interest, will be €268,625,000.

The redemption is subject to a financing condition.

Citibank, NA, London Branch is the paying agent.
