New Issue: Altice sells upsized €675 million 10.25-year notes at par to yield 4¾%

Portland, Ore., Oct. 6 – Altice Finco SA has price an upsized €675 million amount of 10.25-year senior notes (B3) at par to yield 4¾%, according to a stabilization notice which appeared on Friday.

The issue size was increased from €500 million.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Barclays, BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are the stabilization managers.

Altice is a Netherlands-based telecom.
