Altice redeems $425 million 9 7/8% senior notes due 2020 at 104.938

Chicago, April 21 – Altice Finco SA said it redeemed its $425 million 9 7/8% senior notes due 2020 on Friday.

The notes were redeemed at 104.938% of par plus any additional amounts and accrued interest to but excluding the redemption date, according to the company notice.

The record date was April 20.

Altice is a cable and telecom company based in Luxembourg.
