Indiabulls Housing Finance partly redeems 20 series of debentures

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 8 – Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it redeemed several series of its secured redeemable nonconvertible debentures at par.

The company redeemed 4,050 of its 1,000 series 1 debentures (ISIN: INE148I07JG7), 400 of its 600 series 2 debentures (ISIN: INE148I07JO1), 50 of its 500 series 3 debentures (ISIN: INE148I07FX0), 750 of its 900 series 4 debentures (ISIN: INE148I07GR0), 1,475 of its 1,500 series 5 debentures (ISIN: INE148I07HN7), 100 of its 300 series 6 debentures (ISIN: INE148I07HK3), 100 of its 4,250 series 7 debentures (ISIN: INE148I07DF2), 100 of its 905 series 8 debentures (ISIN: INE148I07DT3), 420 of its 1,450 series 9 debentures (ISIN: INE148I07IS4), 535 of its 1,535 series 10 debentures (ISIN: INE148I07IH7), 180 of its 3,250 series 11 debentures (ISIN: INE148I07IK1), 660 of its 1,070 series 12 debentures (ISIN: INE148I07IW6), 1,245 of its 3,475 series 13 debentures (ISIN: INE148I07IT2), 888 of its 2,750 series 14 debentures (ISIN: INE148I07IV8), 1,330 of its 2,550 series 15 debentures (ISIN: INE148I07IL9), 50 of its 2,350 series 16 debentures (ISIN: INE148I07IM7), 3,750 of its 5,000 series 17 debentures (ISIN: INE148I07JN3), 697 of its 3,347 series 18 debentures (ISIN: INE148I07HC0), all 499 if its series 19 debentures (ISIN: INE148I07JA0) and all 250 of its series 20 debentures (ISIN: INE148I07JI3).
