Indiabulls Housing Finance board to discuss raising funds

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 1 – Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors will meet on Wednesday to consider and approve raising funds.

The board will consider an issue of nonconvertible debentures and/or compulsorily or optionally convertible debentures, among other options.

Indiabulls is a Mumbai-based real estate company.
