Indiabulls Housing offers early redemption for non-convertible notes

Chicago, Oct. 17 – Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the company is offering early redemption on all non-convertible debentures maturing in November and December.

Any notes redeemed will be redeemed at par.

The company will also evaluate further early redemption of its non-convertible debentures from time to time, according to the notice.

Indiabulls is a Mumbai-based real estate company.
