Indiabulls Housing to redeem up to $50 million of 6 3/8% notes

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 2 – Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it plans to redeem up to $50 million of its $350 million 6 3/8% notes.

The notes were issued under the company’s $1.5 billion secured euro medium-term note program.

Indiabulls is a Mumbai-based real estate company.
