Indiabulls Housing Finance partly redeems 11 series of debentures

Olympia, Wash., July 3 – Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it redeemed 11 series of secured redeemable nonconvertible debentures.

The company redeemed Rs. 130 million of series 1 debentures, Rs. 250 million of its series 2 debentures, Rs. 500 million of its series 3 debentures, Rs. 21.75 billion of its series 4 debentures, Rs. 2 billion of its series 5 debentures, Rs. 400 million of its series 6 debentures, Rs. 650 million of its series 7 debentures, Rs. 100 million of its series 8 debentures, Rs. 1.5 billion of series 9 debentures, Rs. 5 billion of series 10 debentures and Rs. 150 million of series 11 debentures.

Following the redemptions, Rs. 620 million of the series 1 debentures, Rs. 250 million of the series 2 debentures, Rs. 50 million of the series 3 debentures, Rs. 100 million of the series 4 debentures, none of the series 5 debentures, Rs. 150 million of the series 6 debentures, Rs. 1.65 billion of the series 7 debentures, Rs. 500 of the series 8 debentures, Rs. 1 billion of the series 9 debentures, none of the series 10 debentures and Rs. 5.85 billion of series 11 debentures remain outstanding, according to a notice.
