Indiabulls Housing Finance board to meet May 16 to OK note issuance

Morgantown, W.Va., May 13 – Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors will meet on May 16 to consider and approve pricing of notes.

The notes would be issued under the company’s medium-term note program.

Indiabulls is a Mumbai-based real estate company.
