Indiabulls Housing board will meet April 24 to consider new bonds

Olympia, Wash., April 10 – Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors will meet on April 24 to consider a proposal to raise funds through an issue of secured or unsecured bonds.

The bonds would be issued in one or more tranches, according to a notice.

Indiabulls is a Mumbai-based real estate company.
