Indiabulls Housing plans Rs. 260 billion debentures via private sale

Chicago, Jan. 31 – Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd. notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that it plans to issue Rs. 260 billion of debentures by way of a private placement.

The company’s board of directors approved the issue at a meeting held Thursday.

Specifically, the company plans to issue Rs. 250 billion of secured debentures and Rs. 10 billion of unsecured debentures, according to the notice.

Indiabulls is a Mumbai-based real estate company.
