Indiabulls plans to issue redeemable debentures in one or more parts

Chicago, April 25 – Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd. notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that it plans to issue redeemable debentures up to its borrowing limits on a private placement basis in one or more tranches from time to time.

The placement was approved by shareholders at a meeting held on Monday.

Indiabulls is a Mumbai, India-based real estate company.
