Indiabulls Housing allots Rs. 1.3 billion debentures in 12 parts

Columbus, Ohio, March 26 – Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd. announced that its board of directors has approved the allotment of Rs. 1,295,934,000 of secured redeemable non-convertible debentures in 12 series, according to a company notice.

The company allotted the following amounts:

• Rs. 113.05 million of series I debentures;

• Rs. 57,344,000 of series II debentures;

• Rs. 63,463,000 of series III debentures;

• Rs. 176,528,000 of series IV debentures;

• Rs. 94,477,000 of series V debentures;

• Rs. 67,571,000 of series VI debentures;

• Rs. 163,751,000 of series VII debentures;

• Rs. 240,949,000 of series VIII debentures;

• Rs. 24,517,000 of series IX debentures;

• Rs. 24,432,000 of series X debentures;

• Rs. 121.74 million of series XI debentures; and

• Rs. 148,112,000 of series XII debentures.

The company provides housing finance and is based in Gurugram, India.
