New Issue: Indiabulls Housing allots Rs. 5.53 billion debentures in eight parts

Buffalo, N.Y., Jan. 6 – Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd. announced that it has approved and allotted Rs. 5,529,601,000 of secured redeemable non-convertible debentures (Crisil: AA/Brickwork: AA+) in eight series.
The company allotted the following amounts:
• Rs. 4,367,775,000 of series I debentures;
• Rs. 51,388,000 of series II debentures;
• Rs. 76,182,000 of series III debentures;
• Rs. 676,527,000 of series IV debentures;
• Rs. 60,804,000 of series V debentures;
• Rs. 90,939,000 of series VI debentures;
• Rs. 105,006,000 of series VII debentures; and
• Rs. 100,980,000 of series VIII debentures.
Edelweiss Financial Services Ltd., IIFL Securities Ltd. and Trust Investment Advisors Private Ltd. were the lead managers.
The debentures will be listed on the BSE Ltd. and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.
The company provides financing for commercial vehicles and is based in Mumbai.
