Indiabulls Housing Finance board to discuss issuing convertible bonds

Chicago, Feb. 22 – Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd. announced that its board of directors is meeting on Thursday to discuss issuing up to $200 million of convertible bonds, according to a notice.

The board will discuss the terms and issue price, among other things, at the meeting.

Indiabulls is a Mumbai-based real estate company.
