New Issue: Singapore’s International Healthway prices S$50 million 7% notes

Madison, Wis., April 20 – International Healthway Corp. Ltd. said it priced S$50 million of 7% notes due 2017 at par.

Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. Ltd. is the bookrunner and lead manager for the notes, which make up the second series under the company’s S$500 million multicurrency medium-term note program established on Jan. 23.

Proceeds from the latest tranche will be used for refinancing purposes.

Settlement is slated for April 27.

International Healthway is a health-care services and facilities provider based in Singapore.
