New Issue: Singapore’s International Healthway prices S$50 million 6% notes

New York, Jan. 30 – International Healthway Corp. Ltd. said it priced a S$50 million offering of 6% notes due 2018 at par.

Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd. was the bookrunner for the offering, which was sold under the company’s new S$500 million multicurrency medium-term note program.

Proceeds from the notes will be used for general corporate purposes, including financing investments, repayment of existing borrowings, general working capital and capital expenditures.

International Healthway is a health care services and facilities provider based in Singapore.
