Singapore’s International Healthway launches S$500 million MTN program

Madison, Wis., Jan. 23 – International Healthway Corp. Ltd. announced it established a S$500 million multicurrency medium-term note program on Friday.

HSBC is the arranger and dealer under the program.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including financing of investments, repayment of existing borrowings, general working capital and capital expenditure requirements.

The health care services and facilities provider is based in Singapore.
